    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    • 15 minute WARM-UP ~ Gentle Stretching & Walking in place

    • 45 minutes ~ Stretching, Strengthening & Balance exercises

    WHAT TO WEAR and BRING:

    • Loose comfortable clothing
    • Tennis shoes
    • Bottled water to keep hydrated
    • Exercise mat (yoga mat) or towel
